Yesterday, while watching a flock of yellow-rumped warblers, 2 orange-crowned warblers and ruby-crowned kinglets, I saw a dif bird which at first I thought was a Lucy's warbler and then a gnatcatcher and then I realized after seeing the pale near the eye, cocked tail, gray above, white below, small vireo bill and single white wingbar was Chris' Bells Vireo. It wasn't much bigger than the Ruby-crowned Kinglets near it. A group tried to refind again today but no luck. Will try again tomorrow.
