At 11:30 this morning a parakeet landed next to me 100 yards east of Debbies Cottonwoods, ( aka Greengate ). Knowing it could not survive on its own, I tried to catch it. It was on my hand once, but was too quick for me to grab. Clearly not fearful of humans. Blue with a yellow crown.
