I birded Haiwee and Owen's Lake today and had 53 species. Best birds were Least Bittern and Virginia Rail which both flew by me at Cartago and a Franklin's Gull at the DWP Dirty Socks site. CA Gulls are still in abundance as I saw over 4000 today.
