Got my 1st viewing of a pair of evening grosbeaks.It was a quick visit but long enough to get my glasses and the book.They perched on a trellis in garden,flew to top of mulberry tree,then took off heading SE towards Heindels.An aside:I haven't heard any Northern Mockingbirds around Big Pine.Any ideas?
